Aldelia is recruiting a Project Administrator (m/f), to be based in Vilanculos, Mozambique.

Duties
  • Providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations
  • Responsible for general area/department and is the team’s expert in methods and tasks efficiencies
  • Operates within relatively standardized guidelines from superiors regarding what is required and how it is to be done
  • Constantly interacts with people in dealing with day-to-day effectiveness of delivery
Duties performed may include, amongst others:
  • Team travel arrangements
  • Vehicle fleet management
  • Management of communication devices, including radios, mobile phones, data cards and satellite phones
  • Taking and issuing of technical meeting minutes
  • Preparation of documents and reports
  • The use of office technology and reporting of defective IM and presentation equipment
  • Compiling records
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Posting information
  • Greeting/referring/assisting visitors/clients/staff/others
  • Mail distribution
  • Management of line manager calendar, and photocopying
Requisites
  • Minimum 5+ relevant years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Technical/Project/Business/Travel Management Background
  • Computer Skills: A variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
