O Tribunal Administrativo confirma a falácia que são os relatórios floreados de execução de actividades dos governos do partido Frelimo acima do previsto: “Das acções constantes das matrizes dos Balanços dos Planos Económicos e Sociais de 2015 a 2019, aos níveis Central e Provincial, constatou-se a execução de metas acima de 100 por cento, sem a devida fundamentação, visto não existir indicações de ter havido qualquer alteração orçamental em grande parte das acções”.
