According to a communiqué issued by CSRECM after the balance sheet, of the total Budget, 8.1 billion Meticais were earmarked for Operating expenses and 474.6 million Meticais for Investment. When compared with the global execution of 2021 (7.5 billion Meticais) there is a growth of 14.72%. The 2023 PESOE, approved by Law nº 29/2022 of December 30, sets a budget of 7.2 billion Meticais for the City of Maputo.
