GOVERNO APROVA PROJECTO DE CRIAÇÃO DA ZONA ECONÓMICA ESPECIAL DE AGRO-NEGÓCIO DO LIMPOPO
O governo aprovou, esta terça-feira, o projecto de criação da Zona Económica Especial de Agro-Negócio do Limpopo.
O executivo pretende desta forma melhorar o ambiente de negócios para atrair investimento privado nacional e internacional, transformar e modernizar o modo de organização da produção e promover a cadeia de valor dos produtos primários nacionais.
A Zona Económica Especial de Agro-Negócio do Limpopo tem potencial para a produção de arroz, milho, hortícolas, carnes vermelhas, aves e abarca os distritos de Chókwè, Limpopo, Chongoene e Chibuto, em Gaza, numa área de mais de 7 milhões de hectares.… More
GOVERNMENT APPROVES CREATION PROJECT OF SPECIAL AGRI-BUSINESS AGRO-BUSINESS OF CLEANING
The government approved the project to create the Special Economic Zone of Limpopo this Tuesday.
The executive thus intends to improve the business environment to attract national and international private investment, transform and modernize the production organisation mode and promote the value chain of national primary products.
Limpopo’s Special Economic Zone of Agro-Deal has potential for rice, corn, vegetables, red meats, birds and embraces the Chókw è, Limpopo, Chongoene and Chibuto districts of Gaza in an area of more than 7 millions of acres.
The project is a pioneering initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and will create conditions for increased agri-business contribution to job generation and diversification of export earnings.
It will also accelerate the development of Limpopo Development Corridor Agro-Industrial and Logistical Park.
The project falls under the Sustaina 2020/2024. programme (RM)
