Description

• Mozambican private sector company, headquartered in the City of Maputo, intends to recruit candidates of Mozambican nationality with the following profile for its staff:

Requirements

• Support in the implementation of billing management software (JVris) with the supervision of the person responsible for billing, using it as a day-to-day work tool and promptly presenting any anomalies that it appears to have
• Create and issue invoices to customers in Primavera
• Process credit notes
• Prepare account statements for customers
• Respond to customer queries
• Prepare monthly billing reports
• Support the person responsible for billing and resolve inconsistencies
• Update customer registration in Primavera and accounting records with invoices issued
• Prepare, in coordination with the person responsible for invoicing, the invoicing for review by partners / Consultants in the first days of each month, starting with the extraction of TS’s and sharing with those responsible
• Production of supporting information for Billing
• Organization and maintenance of customer files (invoices, contracts and other documents relating to billing)
• Preparation, correction, sending and archiving of letters, faxes, e-mails or other documents requested by consultants or their respective Clients
• Text or data processing requested by consultants or their respective Clients
• Be available to resolve all unscheduled issues on the consultants’, Clients’ and company’s agendas

Requirements

• Completed 12th class or other equivalent Professional technical level
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with the sales package – Spring
• At least 2 years of experience in invoicing work
• Good ability to set priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer knowledge from a user perspective; with good command of Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent ability to deal with numbers
• Age between 18 and 35 years old
