C&I Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Training team on plant Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Systems (DCS,
  HIMA, DanPac, TMS)
• Programming/configuration and commissioning of new field devices
• Create tags on DCS and link them to any other system (e.g: HIMA, Allen
  Bradley, Dan Pac, ROConnect)
• Perform DataBase Backup of ProPlus and all other stations running DeltaV
  Application
• Create graphics for the newly added data points or tags on the DCS
• Patch Management and cal log for DeltaV Support on Emerson´s Website
• Operator Stations Reboot (Manage & Control Operators Sations Reboot)
• Server Health Status and Resource Usage Checks (Check and Backup
  Windows Server Logs for all DataV Application runiing machines)
• Data collection on the DcS or other Process Workstation running or not
  DeltaV
• Server Health Status and Resource Usage Checks (Check and Backup
  Windows Server Logs)
• DCS (DeltaV) integration with all the other systems (HIMA, ALLEN BRADLEY,
  TMS, DanPac, ROConnect)
• Addition or removal of a device on a DCS Controller I/O, carrier, card,
  controller & power supply
• Operator Sation Reboot
• Support engineering solutions for plant chronic failures
• Support the review of critical spares classification and inventory
  optimization
• Support implement spare preservation and maintenance strategies
• Support the team with Equipment Strategy Review in the C&I discipline
• Support with project documentation review and approval for the PSA
  project
• Assist with recruitment and selection of PSA C&I team
• Support team with analytical diagnostic and problem solving on plant
  equipment failures and malfunctions
• Identification and implementation of plant improvement opportunities

Requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electronics
• Minimum 5 years in industrial process control and automation
• High personal integrity and emotional intelligence
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
