Aldelia is recruiting a HR Administrator (m/f), to be based in Temane, Mozambique.

Duties
  • Perform overall HR administrative tasks
  • Perform HR analytics: regular reports, interpretation, trends and analysis relevant for decision making
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding and separation of employees
  • Organize and update HR documentation
  • Create, update and maintain employee personal files and data
  • Provide inputs in regular HR processes
  • Assist in the implementation of people processes
  • Support the HR processes, practices and systems to achieve enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proactively support and educate employees and line management on HR processes
Requisites
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Human Resources/Behavioural/Business Sciences/Accounting
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as HR generalist or Assistant
  • Conversant with usual business suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient with Excel at Advanced Level
